Will rearranging the rows on the category sheet foul up the formulas on the remaining tabs in the workbook??

As long as you move entire rows, and don’t leave any blank ones, you should be fine

Thanks for the good news.

I will make a backup and test, but the sheets do seem sophisticated enough to allow me to rearrange my categories list.
