Wrong Two-Factor Devices? Is this a bug?

Anyone else have any issue where the refresh bank feed requires a new two-factor code, but the select box with registered 2FA devices aren’t your own devices?

This is CIT Bank, FWIW. And no, I haven’t been hacked- CIT Bank still knows about my actual 2FA devices in use. I’m concerned this may be a bug in the CIT Bank connector.
