Where are basic instructions for setting up a budget?

Tiller offers two main ways to set up a budget.
Using the Tiller’s Foundation template, you can set up a budget for all your categories for each month. This works well when you have large income and/or expenses that only happen in certain months, or if your budget amounts change from month to month.
