Our templates only support the locale spreadsheet setting as United States. I recommend setting it back to US locale. If that doesn’t fix it try restoring the sheet using the Tiller Money Feeds add-on > Manage Solutions option.

From your other thread, it seems like your issues are locale related - did you try changing the locale per @KyleT suggestion?
