Archiving Categories/Groups

How do folks deal with archiving categories/groups? For example, once I pay off my auto loan, I no longer want to see that category on my budget, but I don’t want to lose my history.

Hi @richardpeng,

I personally hide categories using the Hide from Reports option on the Categories sheet that I don’t want to see on my budget, either temporarily (if it’s a annual or infrequent expense) or permanently if I don’t want to lose history.
