AutoFill messed up Transactions sheet

I just went and did autofill on my transactions sheet for my monthly budget and all of the sudden most of the new transactions (and some others) are kind of hosed. Things I’m seeing:

  • The new transactions have a blue background with white text like the header
  • The amount column is no longer formatted in currency
  • The Category column no longer has dropdown options for the various categories

I would double check that the rows at the bottom of the Transactions sheet have the proper formatting as that is where transactions are added and adopt the formatting.

Also, you can restore the dropdown using the steps in the below link.

Lastly, you can use the format painter to fix the formatting in your sheet…
