I had a heck of a time trying to start a support chat – it just kept sending me to the help file and I couldn’t figure out how to start a chat.
Anyway… somehow a duplicate transaction came in. To check, I logged into the credit card service, and it was just 1 transaction, not two like it shows on my tiller. Should I just delete the duplicate row? Will it mess up other tabs such as the Monthly budget or Yearly budget?

If it were my spreadsheet, I would just clear the duplicate transaction. I wouldn’t delete it outright as that could mess some other calculations up if they aren’t crafted carefully. Tiller won’t download it again. You could sort the transaction sheet by date to get rid of the blank line if you want. Before I did any of this, I would duplicate the Transaction file as a backup - just in case! Getting rid of a duplicate certainly won’t hurt any of your reports.
