A few days ago, my Truist credit card charges and payments are reversed when syncing. That is, charges come in as positive numbers into the transactions tab and credits come in as negative numbers. Perhaps coincidentally, I started also entering pending credit card charges manually but I don’t see how that would affect the sync’d items.
I’d recommend reaching out to our support team via the chat window in the lower right corner of the Console at https://sheets.tillerhq.com/auth/login about this issue as it’s something we’ll likely need to work with our data provider to address.
