Does tiller update totals for categories? Also will categories automatically update once I categorize a transaction?
Yes and yes. There are a number of different sheets that will give you totals by categories, and yes, once you categorize a transaction it will automatically update those totals. That’s the magic of Tiller: as long as you keep your transactions up-to-date and categorized, everything else follows from that.

If I categorize 1 transaction shouldn’t tiller automatically categorize them all provided it is the same transaction?
You can setup Autocat so it will run against your sheet and categorize all uncategorized transactions with the same criteria the same way.
