Error on Rental Property Management Template

Thanks in advance for any tips or advice!

I’m trying to set up 2 properties on the rental property management template. One is setting up and pulling the data just fine.

The other gives me the error Error Array result was not expanded because it would overwrite data in E38. when I pull the expense group I want. I can’t seem to figure out why. It seems tied to the expense category itself, because when I try to use it on another property (column) it gives the same error, but works with other expense categories.

Hope this makes sense. Let me know if any other info is needed.

I’m not sure on this one @randall.lee.barrett, but @jono or @randy probably have ideas.

I’m guessing you just have more “Expenses - Rental #1” than the template is built to handle. You can probably resolve this by just inserting rows below row 29, @randall.lee.barrett.

Can’t believe I didn’t figure that one out. I’m no spreadsheet master, but still. Sorry for you having to answer this!
