My Insights template is not functioning. I’ve tried restoring it and get this error:
An Error Occurred
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘forEach’)
I’m not sure where to go next…
Which cell are you seeing this error in? Have you made any direct edits to the template itself? If you aren’t comfortable sharing more details or screenshots here you can I’d recommend reaching out to our support team via the chat window in the lower right corner of the Console at https://my.tillerhq.com/ and we can dive in a little more.
Also, are you running into issues with your other Foundation Template sheets (Monthly Budget sheet, Yearly Budget sheet, etc.?) That can help us diagnose if there’s something broken with the core data sheets.

The error happens when I try to restore. I haven’t made any edits to the Insight template. All the other templates I’m using are working as expected. I just duped my 2023 sheet to start fresh for 2024 and it’s the first time I’ve done that so maybe I executed it incorrectly.
When I go to the tools to manage templates and restore (archiving the current Insights sheet) it throws an error and just leaves everything blank.
I can just start fresh with a new sheet since it’s the beginning of the year (ish). Might be simpler than troubleshooting?

Gotcha, yeah starting fresh might be the way to go.
