I’ve already added it myself, but the one thing the Yearly Budget spreadsheet really lacked was having a column for 12 month running average. I use that to help myself be realistic about setting budgets and see how things adjust over time.
Maybe it’s just me too, but Row Freezing the category row (Row 7) and not just Row 1-6) so it’s easier to see if the numbers are Available/Budget/Actual for that column as you scroll down through your spreadsheet is another suggestion for default.
