My Transactions are absolutely flooded with duplicate transactions every day

Since a few days ago, a tsunami of duplicate transactions comes over Transactions every day.

Yesterday, I made sure there are no duplicate transactions for November 22. Today I woke up to 5 (FIVE) duplicate transactions for each of the following accounts:

Schwab (two distinct accounts)
Merrill Edge

All duplicate have the same Transaction Id. I’d categorized some transactions by hand; the duplicates of those have no category.

For some reason Bank of America did not produce duplicates.

Duplicates inserted go all the way back to October 2023.

Also (not sure how important this is) the new transactions don’t come sorter - they are appended at the very end of the sheet.

Can somebody please look into this? My account has currently 3238 duplicate transactions and is practically unusable.

Hi @andrei. Sorry to hear about this. Sometimes if an institution is being impacted by an outage you will see data quality issues such as duplicates, I believe that’s the case here. Keep an eye on the outages alerts dashboard to monitor the status of affected institutions.
