As a potential new user, I have a few questions.
- Once you setup your account. Can you upload group categories from an Excel file and can you add additional sub-categories columns?
- Is there a live webinar you can attend where you can ask questions?
@MHakimi You can definitely bring in existing categories you have already made elsewhere. I’d suggest just copy/pasting your existing categories list into your Tiller Categories tab. Categories roll up into Groups. You can also explore Tags to add an additional type of categorization which can cross categories and groups, but I’d recommend starting with just the basic Categories/Groups. There are some good videos on the Tiller YouTube Channel to learn how to use the basic Tiller functionality.
