Add and refresh accounts right from the Tiller Money Feeds add-on

We’re excited to announce that we’ve brought the account add and refresh capabilities available in the Console to the Tiller Money Feeds add-on for customers on the latest version of the integration with our data provider (if you signed up after ~mid-Jan 2019).

We’ve updated the name from “Linked Accounts” to “Connected Accounts” where you can now add new institutions for automated feeds from Tiller Money and refresh or update credentials for already connected accounts. No more switching back and forth between the Console and your Google Sheet!

Refresh accounts

Accounts that haven’t refreshed in the last 36 hours will show a blue refresh icon that will launch the Refresh account screen and allow you to re-authenticate. In general, accounts that don’t refresh once every 36 hours are likely accounts that require two factor authentication (a code sent via email or text) and require your attention before we can pull the data and put it in your sheet. Accounts that refresh automatically at least once every 36 hours are not eligible for refreshes via the Tiller Money Feeds add-on.

After refreshing accounts in the Tiller Money Feeds add-on it may take 5-15 minutes before transactions and balances are available for updating your sheet. Click “Update sheets” to pull in the latest available data or wait for the next Auto Update.

Add new institutions

You can now also connect new institutions to Tiller Money via the Tiller Money Feeds add-on, making it easier than ever to keep everything in once place.

Note: If you’re not seeing these new features in your Tiller Money Feeds add-on it’s because you’re on the Legacy implementation of our data feeds (you signed up before ~mid-Jan 2019). If you’re interested in early access workflows for migrating to the newer implementation, please fill out this form.
