Excel to Sheets/Sheets to Excel - Back and Forth

I am a long time user of Microsoft Excel. It appears that Tiller’s functionality is perhaps enhanced in Google Sheets. Can I upload and use the Excel file, I’ve spent the last several days building, in Google Sheets to make the determination for myself which environment is best?
