Service Interruption: Excel workbooks not filling post 11/14/24 updates

Update 11-15-2024 1:37PM EST - we pushed a change we believe will fix this issue. Please close the add-in sidebar and re-open it and try filling again. Reply below if it’s still not working for you.

We’re hearing reports from some customers that Excel workbooks are not filling after changes we pushed on Nov 14, 2024.

Our team is investigating the issue and we’ll provide an update via this topic later today.

Just to be clear I am using google sheets. Are you saying it could be an issue now with Google Sheets as well?

This issue is only for Microsoft Excel, it does not apply to Google Sheets.

We did not push a change to Google Sheets yesterday.

Thank you for the notice via the Excel popup I notice. I’m having this issue as well and will wait for the resolution.

By the way, I’m not sure if this will help, but two days ago, I noticed an anomaly with Excel that might be related. The Tiller Money Feed Add-on kept disappearing, and I had to add it multiple times during the day. I thought it was my computer, but a reboot did not help. By the time I rebooted, it was late in the day, so I didn’t bother with it any longer. Now, the Add-on is back on its own.

We pushed an update we hope will fix this issue. Can you please exit and re-open the Excel add-in and try again and let us know if it’s still failing to fill?

Yay! Just filled in new entries no problem.

I just reopened it and got 41 new fills. To verify, I checked my Balances sheet and noted that most categories were updated today.

I made a copy of my worksheet and the new one is fine. I don’t know what the difference is between the two though.
