Column C (Transactions) cells are blank starting 4/6
Column O (Full Description) and all other columns are good
Any idea what’s going on?
Are the cells truly blank, or is their maybe a space in them, or the font color matches the background color? If it’s happening to new transactions, I’m thinking maybe AutoCat is changing the description to a space or something like that…
Oh, I see the problem. I was confused when you said column C was ‘Transactions’, and thought you were referring to the sheet it was on. Column C is supposed to be called ‘Description’, not ‘Transactions’. Change it and new transactions should work. The importer doesn’t care about the order of the columns, but it DOES care about the names.
