I have tried updating several times to get transactions of this new card to load. Curiously the same transactions are loading onto Excel spreadsheet. As well all other accounts are loading without a hitch. I would like it to load onto Google sheet. Suggestions please?

Can you double check that the account is linked to the sheet?
You can check/do this either in the Tiller Money Feeds add-on via Linked Accounts or do via the Tiller Console by clicking the sheet name and then putting a check mark next to it.
Otherwise, it may just be a delay in getting the data from your accounts if you just added the new card.
