Transactions not updating in Budget Sheet

I’m having an issue where transactions are not updating in my budget sheet. I update the account in the Tiller console, but the transactions are not reflected in the budget sheet. The last transactions I have are from 1/18. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes, I am. I’m missing a batch of my most recent transactions from my daily spending account. The last transaction that displays is from 1/15/2020. I’ve tried all the steps in the help article, but no dice. I reached out to the support team for help.

It may be a known outage. Check to see if your bank is listed here.

I’m having the same problem. Is there any known fix? It’s a little frustrating to have to always go to the account summary page to refresh my cards. Even when I do that, half the time one of them has an error and won’t refresh. Sometimes when I refresh the other, the transactions still don’t show up on the transaction page. I really enjoy tiller but this is becoming quite the hassle. Please help!

Sorry about the experience here. Refreshing accounts on the Console is expected behavior for many institutions due to the security settings required. You can read more about it here.

After refreshing an account on the Console you should launch the Tiller Money Feeds add-on and then click “update sheets” to pull in the latest data from those accounts.
