Unable to add accounts from Wealthscape and Alight

I am unable to add my accounts from Wealthscape and Alight.

I am able to access the Wealthscape account on the web, and thru Quicken. When I added the account into Quicken, Quicken prompted for account# but the yodlee interface thru TillerHQ asked for portal id.

I am able to access the the Alight ((https://leplb0460.upoint.ap.alight.com/web/nokia/) account on the web, and thru Quicken. When I added the account into Quicken, Quicken required a hyphen with 07544 on the login id

Both fail with techinical issue. Have anyone tried and successfully acessed?
