What's the best way to manually add a mortgage loan?

Hi folks, new to Tiller here. I added my credit union and it’s successfully pulling from checking and savings accounts, but none of my loans are showing up on Tiller. I assume I have to add them manually?

Would appreciate advice on the best way to go about this. Should I add loans via the “Manual Accounts” tool in the Add On?

And once they’re added, how should I categorize the loan payment charges when they show up in my checking account? Thanks so much!

@mmurdock I would write in to the CS Support team at support@tillerhq.com. It is likely they can reach out to Yodlee (data provider) to see if they can pull in the missing accounts. Otherwise, yes you can track your loan balances via the “Manual Accounts” tool in the Tiller Money Feeds add-on.
