Account refresh not working?

New to tiller. I’ve been using it for about a week, thinking that the add-on “update sheets” would refresh my accounts and send me my transactions. After a few days of not getting transactions that I knew should be there, I went to tiller’s login page and realize my accounts weren’t being refreshed. Do I have to do that every time I want my accounts to be updated? Seems like that defeats the whole purpose of using Tiller, automated transactions is the BIG reason I wanted to use this service. I’ve used other services and transactions come through no problem. Am I missing something?

Many accounts that require 2FA or have auto refresh disabled (neither of which we’re in control of) require you to manually refresh. You can do this from the Console or you can do it right from the Tiller Money Feeds add-on under “Connected Accounts”
