How do I add my home to my assets?

Has this not been answered yet? I was thinking the same thing and the ‘Balances’ tab of the default template seems to divide assets by 2 for some reason???
This is weird. Not at all sure why it’s languished unanswered. I do know that there are different ways to do this.
I get it onto the Balances tab by manually adding.
I created an account called Condo. And I created a group called Real Estate.
On the first of every month, I grab what Zillow thinks is the value of my home (I mean, really, who knows? but Zillow thinks it does so I go with it). I take that amount and plug it in via Manual accounts (in tiller feed sidebar).
I’m not sure I understand what’s up with the asset dividing.

You can use the guide below for tips on tracking balances for manual accounts.
Google Sheets you can do it in the Tiller Money Feeds add-on (just be patient with the UI, it can be a little slow and we hope to improve that in the near-ish future)
Excel you’ll need to manually add rows to Balance History.
