I know Ally has been having problems, but it is not currently showing as an “outage” anymore. I have 2fa and can’t turn that off with the bank. I saw another person who is having a similar issue. They were referred to the support chat window. I tried that but the bot spun me in a circle and I can’t ask this question any other way. It closed out the “issue” because I told it I had to manually refresh. When I tried it again and asked for help on “something else” it brought me back to the same line of questioning and shut me down.
Problem 1) I still have to manually refresh Ally and enter the 2fa code any time I want to refresh it. Is this still a known issue, or should it be resolved?
Problem 2) I believe it is trying to auto refresh, unsuccessfully because of 2fa, and is causing me to reset my password with Ally like twice a week! This is very aggravating!
Please help!
