The Balance History tab is correctly updated today, but the account was “last updated 293 days ago” on the Balances tab.

Interesting… The Balances tab pulls information from the Balance History and Accounts Tab.
Have you recently changed the name of the account with the stale update? Perhaps the Balances sheet is pulling old data.
Can you try restoring the Balances sheet with the Tiller Money Labs add-on using these steps as a guide.
