Bank technical issue projected to resolve in 10 days during trial


I signed up for a free trial today and after troubleshooting, realized my bank has a “technical error” preventing it from connecting. The tentative ETA isn’t until 10/18, is there anything I can do to start using it sooner?

Welcome Kat, you can download your bank’s transactions and data via csv and massage it to fit within the transaction sheet in order to see what all capabilities there are within the tiller sheets, however in order to get the feed to work, you’ll need to wait until your bank’s connection is restored since this is what the heart of tiller is.
