Hi! I’m new to Tiller. Can the Tiller budget roll over funds that were left over in a category in one month to the next month?

No. See here for information about Tiller Community Solutions. Basically, they are templates that have been developed by members of the Tiller community and made available to all to use, but they are not supported by Tiller customer support. There’s usually a thread (or threads) for each community solution, and people in this forum (including often the person who developed the template) will do their best to help answer any questions.

I installed something called Savings Goals Dashboard. It doesn’t look like the Savings Budget. Also, I read that you need several other sheets for the Savings Budget to work. I don’t have any of that. Can you help? Things don’t look like the video.
