Category Schedule -- How do I clear out the example data?

I want to remove the examples from Category Schedule. How do I do that without messing everything up?

Hi @kingsdotter:

Highlighting the data you don’t want and hitting the delete key should do it. Removing these items will not affect anything in the sheet.
