Change Amount on Previously Split Transaction

Hello!

I’m wondering how you would change the amount on a transaction that was previously split using the Transaction Splitter tool. Do you simply go in and change the amount in the transaction tab and update the note or is there another way?

The best way is going to be to manually adjust the amount as you’ve described. You’d need to adjust the amount in all the splits though. If you want help with the math you could basically start fresh by entering the full amount into one of the rows. Deleting the rows for the splits and then re-split.
