Colonial Mortgage went thru a site update. All that went well but I’m still unable to connect via the Tiller Console. I already spoke to support and they are working with Yodlee, but I wanted to see if anyone has gotten past the error? If so, did you just change your credentials or did you have to delete and re-add the account? It’s going on 2 months of not being able to download transactions now and I’m getting antsy!

Hi @mpresley410 we do not recommend deleting accounts as part of troubleshooting. I know that it’s a lengthy wait but our data provider needs to be involved in resolving the matter. We will be sure to advise you as soon as we get any updates from them.

Hi @mpresley410 … didn’t have Colonial Mtg linked to Tiller but had it linked to Personal Capital. It stopped updating there also around 5/30 just about the time the conversion on their end happened. No resolution yet. I think both Tiller and Colonial use Yodlee for the aggregator.
