The debt progress tab is not updaing or capturing recently changed accounts. My Wells Fargo loan changed and my Citi-bank card changed. I linked both on the Tiller Console but the new accounts are not pulling into the debt progress tab. Any suggestions would be must appreciated. Thank y9ou.
Are you saying you can’t find them in the dropdown? Or that the current balances in the sheet are not accurate?
Hi Randy. I see my old accounts in the debt progress tab but there is no beginning balance or other data in that row. My accounts changed and the new accounts are not pulling in. I linked these on the Tiller Console. Thank you.
It sounds like your changes might have damaged the templates, @phyllispil57. Could you use the Tiller Money Labs add-on to restore the Accounts, then Balances, then Debt Progress sheets (make sure you restore in this order)? You can restore templates by using the Manage Solutions option on the main add-on menu.
Also make sure to archive you Debt Progress user-entry fields.
