I’m still having issue with the Debt Planner. I’ve gone through the other Tiller recommendations for removing and hiding outdated debt/liability accounts and related balances, first within “Accounts” tab and then “Balance History Tracker”. This fixed any issues I had with outdated account and balance data appearing on “Balances” tab, yet those same accounts are still showing as options on “Debt Planner” and, in turn, are creating conflicts. For example, there are duplicate options for Credit Lines, yet the only data that populates when selected is the old account data. Thoughts?
Good catch, @christopher.carlson. I reviewed the formulas and it looks like we never implemented a filter to honor the Hide flag in the Accounts sheet. I just published an update (version 1.15) that should implement this properly.
Update the template using the Tiller Community Solutions add-on and let me know if it resolves the issue for you.
