Excel Add-in Error

Hello, is anyone experiencing an error loading the Excel Add-in? Worked yesterday and previous days, fails today. Error indicates can’t load the add-in and to check internet connectivity. I am connected. I reloaded the add-in to my workbook as well without any success. Any suggestions on resolving this issue?
