Help loading bank, "ICBA Bancard & TCM"

:wave: PLEASE READ ALL THE TIPS BELOW BEFORE CREATING A NEW TOPIC
Multiple times, I have tried adding a new credit card to my Tiller Spreadsheet. The dropdown of institutions has “ICBA B. & TCM” But, each time I get an error message: “try again” or reach out to Tiller Community." I appreciate if anyone has had a similar issue and has solved it.

This time I typed in “mycardstatement.com” and clicked on the ICBA TCM link.
This one should have worked. I am able to login to my account.
However, I received this error message.
