Issue with Synchrony

Hi

Is anyone else having issues with Synchrony? I have 8 Accts with them, mostly CDs, however only 5 are refreshing. I logged into Synchrony and I see the top 5, but I do have to hit a button to “load more” to see the other 3. It was working fine for awhile and then stopped. This is the one bank I have consistent issues with the data feed. If anyone else is having this issue and resolved, would love some suggestions.

I am manually adding the transactions, to keep my transaction sheet in order.

The Institution Alerts tracker shows an issue with Synchrony since 11/13/24.

Thanks for the reply. Not the issue I am having, it is connecting but only refreshing 5 of the 8 Accts. I will try the chat.

When there is an outage, we are blocked from escalating any issues with this institution. The outage means they are already aware of site issues and are working on repairing the connection. If we were to try and escalate this issue, it would get kicked back to us due to the current active outage.

You can reach out to our team after the outage is resolved and we will be able to troubleshoot further then.
