Issues with connecting Aidvantage (MFA issue) Student loan account

Hello everyone,
I am trying to connect an Aidvantage student loan account but when I go through the prompts I get the error message " The MFA information you provided is incorrect. Please try again or visit [Aidvantage] to verify your MFA settings."

I am certain the information I enter is correct, but in case that it is not I can’t find information on MFA on my aidvantage account. Does anyone have experience with this issue?

Maybe I can fill out the Authorization to Release Information to include Tiller.
