I am able to load all my banking data from RBC, however Nothing is uploading from my Manulife bank account. I can see all the dollar values in Tiller (all correct), but no financial data is loading to my spreadsheet. I find it really disappointing that Tiller advises that it cannot help with Canadians. I was referred to help myself by contacting my bank and assessing through the trouble shooting information on the website. Unfortunately, none of that has helped in any way. The issue is that the data is not transferring to my spreadsheet. All my bank accounts are linked in Tiller and the information is correct in Tiller. I hope someone can help me resolve this issue or may have to cancel my subscription and do it manually.
There have been a few recent discussions about Canadian banks. Tiller’s folks explained in those threads that they can’t reliably support Canadian institutions right now (due to issues beyond their control having to do with Canada’s halting adoption of open banking standard, and new aggregators are unlikely to help given the nature of the problem). Rather than setting false expectations, they’re saying that they can’t support Canadian institutions at the moment. Some may work, but some may not. Sorry. Hopefully, things get better.
