Newly-added credit card does not show up in "Add Transaction" list

I have added a new credit card to my Tiller Money account (at the URL "https://sheets.tillerhq.com). It seems to have been accepted by the system.

I tried to add a transaction via the Tiller Community Solutions “Add Transaction” thing. The credit card I entered earlier does not show up in the list of accounts to choose from.

I logged off (closed the Google sheet) and back in again; I refreshed the page a few times. I went back to sheets…tillerhq.com and clicked “Refresh” on the new credit card.These actions have not changed the situation.

So - how can I get the Google sheet function to update its list of accounts for “Add Transaction”?

Sometimes you have to add it to the sidebar. If you open the Tiller add on, there should be a list of connected accounts. Make sure your account is checked.

Nothing I’ve clicked on shows a list of accounts.
