Hello, new Tiller user.
Using Excel.
I have one institution that has 7 different accounts.
On the website, I see all 7 accounts.
In the Add-In, I see all 7 accounts.
In the transactions tab, I only se 1 account.
Other institutions with multiple accounts are showing up correctly.
Thoughts?
I’m relatively new as well, and what I did, was I renamed all my accounts so each one has the institution name and the last 4 digits of the account number … this way on my transactions tab it shows which transactions were charged to which card. I have 3 accounts at one bank, 6 accounts at another and 2 more at yet another one! (I manage the budget for both me and hubby).

Hi heather, thanks for the response. Unfortunately I am still experiencing this issue. I had previously renamed my accounts so that I would know which was which. I have an open case with support, but so far no resolution. Is there a phone in support line where I can speak with someone?
