Account connected - no transaction feed

I have two new (less than a month old) Simple accounts. Both are linked. Both are reporting correct balances. One is reporting transactions and one is not and never has.

What am I missing? Where do I start the trouble shooting. There are transactions in the account, just not in the spreadsheet.


p.s. The Protected Goals account is the one not feeding transactions.


I recommend reaching out to Support as this appears to be an issue with Yodlee. Blake
