Account connected - no transaction feed

I have two new (less than a month old) Simple accounts. Both are linked. Both are reporting correct balances. One is reporting transactions and one is not and never has.

What am I missing? Where do I start the trouble shooting. There are transactions in the account, just not in the spreadsheet.

p.s. The Protected Goals account is the one not feeding transactions.

I have been experiening the same issue since September 22. My transaction sheet hasnt received any new entries since then. I double checked the money feeds (from Citibank) and that looks OK. What do I do to fix this?

Hi @golden.jeffrey, most likely you just need to launch the Tiller Money Feeds add-on and click the “Fill sheets” button in your Google Sheet.

Most of our users were recently automatically signed out of Tiller in the add-on and this also turns off the Auto Fill setting.
