I have both a business and a personal Amazon Account. Using the CSV File Import for my personal purchase history works fine. When I try to upload the Order History file from the business account, following the directions provided in the “Import CSV Line Items” solution tab, the file errors out with “The importer does not recognize the uploaded file. Check that you are uploading a supported file type” I have checked, the file is definately showing as a CSV file and I can open the file and see the data. Anyone else experiencing this and if so, found a solution?
