It is my understanding that when you enter a Budget amount in the Categories that the amount will carry over to the new Debt Planner sheet. What am I doing wrong. They are not populating.
Double check that the Category name on the Categories sheet is exactly the same as the Account Name you’ve selected on the Debt Planner sheet.
You can copy the name of the debt account listed on this Debt Planner sheet and then right click and choose paste special > values only in the Category column on the Categories sheet to ensure the names are an exact match.
Also, the Debt Planner is looking at this month only for budget amounts so just be sure the budget column in the Categories sheet for this month has a budget target set. Double check that you set up your 2021 budget months if you came in before Jan 1.
