Hi. New user. I am trying to add my Chase credit cards. I go through the whole flow of logging in etc and the popup window goes away and the accounts are not added. Is there some secret or known issue with Chase? Is there a work-around?
I can’t really recreate your situation because my Chase CC was already added, but I went into Edit Connection and the pop-up windows without an issue. Make sure you selected your accounts on the “What do you want to share?” pop-up. Also, go to Chase and see if Tiller is one of the linked apps and websites (security & privacy > linked apps & websites).
I had similar issues connecting to a different account once and it was fixed by trying it in an incognito window.
hi @andy1 , what @mysterytea suggested is usually a good approach. However our data provider is currently working to fix a widespread outage affecting Chase. They indicate the tentative ETA for the fix is 8/17.
