Issue with Chase credit card

In October, I paid several bills using one of my Chase credit cards. They never showed up in Tiller. I know this is because somehow Chase had become disconnected from my dashboard.

It’s now working properly (I had to relink the accounts) but those transactions are still missing from my Tiller Sheets.

Is there any way I can retrieve them? Can I add them in by hand (though I’d prefer not to)?


I’m not sure there is a way to retrieve them at this point. We haven’t had great success in our data provider pulling in batches of missing transactions.

You can certainly manually add them though.
