Hello, in my transactions tab I have a Chase credit card feeding through. I use the Tiller Money Feeds add on. For the month of April all of the transactions for this card fed through except 2. Then in May the transactions started feeding through again. Any idea what might be causing those two transactions not to feed? It concerns me as I’m not sure what else might not be feeding.
Here is a troubleshooting guide on missing transactions. If that doesn’t help, I’d recommend writing into support and letting the team there troubleshoot your issues.
I am having the same issue with Chase. Not getting help from Support. They keep sending me the FAQ and I’ve tried the suggestions.
