Capital One Transactions not Downloading to Spreadsheet

I am a Quicken refugee but one thing I can say is Capital One connected seamlessly and downloaded my transactions. Having said that, there were several issues I had with Quicken so I moved on.

Capital One was difficult to connect to Tiller. With help from the Tiller support team, I have been able to successfully create a connection and receive an updated balance.

However, when I go to my Excel spreadsheet and press the Fill button, transactions from all accounts get populated except Capital One.

Question I have is where are my transactions? My account in Tiller displays the current balance. Neither the balance, nor the transactions come across to the spreadsheet, even though I have Capital One linked to the sheet.

Does anyone know how to resolve this transaction download issue?
