Chime Secured Credit Question

I’m new to Tiller. I just signed up yesterday to start getting a better picture of my finances and tackle debt.

I use Chime for my banking. Through Chime, I use their secured credit account as well. When I link that account, it shows a negative balance. I was curious if anyone has experience using Chime and their credit builder account and how they use this in Tiller.

Each payday, half my check goes to my debit account and the other half goes into the secured credit account. Right now I have $950 available in credit builder but my balance in Tiller shows as -$2300. That amount has never even been in the account.

Hi @Zabn8c and welcome to Tiller. I’m not familiar with Chime. I have searched both Tiller and the internet for any information regarding Chime. I haven’t come across any detailed information yet about any other Chime account issues.

You might try reaching out to the Tiller help desk. Maybe they can provide insight into this issue.

What kind of customer support does Tiller offer?
