Comenity + 2FA - where do I report issues?

Even though Comenity has several cards on the list of supported banks, our Good Sam card keeps failing to connect. I re-enter the password, and then enter the code from email, but then I get a ‘Technical’ error and ‘please try again later’ - This has been going on for over a week.

My initial attempt, when I first set it up, seemed to work fine, so not sure what’s going on… any way to tell if it’s an issue w/ Yodlee vs. Comenity?
