Individual Budget for a Project

I want to plan a budget for work I am doing to my house. I want to have a “Project” sheet where I can put in a budget number and then pull in transactions from a certain tag or category and then show the balance for the project.

How can I do this? Or is there a template similar to this that I can use?

I wonder if either the “Travel Planner” or the “Holiday Gift Planner” in Tiller Community Solutions might work for that.

Those could work, @jpfieber, but isn’t the Category Schedule template by @Brad.warren perfect for this?
